Ten years ago, Ayanda launched her career at Basil Read. Over this time, she honed her property development and finance expertise as Development Manager and Property Expert.
One of Ayanda’s many career highlights includes playing a key role in the project management of the development of Cosmo City, an 1100 hectare integrated settlement in Johannesburg.
Phume graduated from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University of Technology (NMMU) in 2003 and is an accredited project planner with over 16 years’ experience in the construction industry.
Phume has participated in a diverse mix of projects in the Mining, Energy as well as Fossil Fuel sectors, and has accumulated a great deal of experience working with JSE-listed companies such as Anglo American and Sasol.
Zama graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2016 and is registered as a Candidate QS with the SACQSP.
She has six years of experience practicing in Quantity Surveying from 2013, where her key responsibilities were ensuring cost control mand management; implementing contract and project administration
Zama has been involved in prestigious projects such as the Menlyn Shopping Centre JP Morgan Chase Office Development, South African Mint and Western Precinct of OR Tambo Airport.
Matsobane graduated from the University of Johannesburg in 2011 and is registered with the SACQSP and RICS as a Professional Quantity Surveyor.
With over 12 years’ experience in the industry, Matsobane has been involved in various esteemed projects including the Medupi Power Station, Al-Muajjiz Terminal Project in Saudi Arabia and Transnet’s New Multiline Pipeline Project.
Tony graduated from the University of Johannesburg in 2009 and is a candidate with the SACPMP, has over 10 years experience in the industry.
He has been involved in various iconic projects for Clients including Eskom Holdings, Department of Public Works and Transnet. Thivhilaheli is a valued member of our team due to his technical strength. His experience on public sector project is key to the success of our public infrastructure projects.
